Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

By creating an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
3. You are not currently self-excluded from the vi555 Platform or from any other online gaming operator pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement;
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or organization when using the Platform for personal gaming purposes;
5. All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete;
6. You will promptly update your Account details if any information changes;
7. You access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose;
8. You understand and accept that online gaming involves real financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

Residency

The vi555 Platform is designed for and marketed to players residing in Indonesia. You confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where doing so is not prohibited by any applicable local regulation. Players accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Territory do so entirely at their own risk. vi555 accepts no liability for any consequence arising from access in a Prohibited Territory.

Employee Exclusion

Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of vi555 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and licensed studio partners (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Microgaming) are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the vi555 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by any combination of name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, bank account number, e-wallet identifier, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vi555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately and to forfeit any and all balances, including Real Money Balance, without prior notice or compensation.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid and unique username; a secure password meeting vi555's minimum complexity requirements; a valid email address; a valid Indonesian mobile phone number; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document; and your date of birth. You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious name, or another person's identity during registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. vi555 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify vi555 Support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your vi555 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing an account closure request, vi555 will require full KYC verification and settlement of any pending transactions. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive Real Money Balance will have that balance returned via the Player's registered Indonesian payment method within five (5) business days, subject to identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

vi555 supports the following Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. vi555 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to the payment method lineup via a platform announcement.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit: as displayed in your Account dashboard and subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's vi555 wallet in real time for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 5 minutes for bank transfer channels under normal operating conditions.
• vi555 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees imposed by the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means will result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification.
• vi555 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet channels and under 60 minutes for bank transfer channels during standard operating hours (06:00–02:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, scheduled maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
• vi555 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that exceed standard threshold amounts or that exhibit unusual patterns, and to request additional documentation in such cases.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled by the Player once they have entered the processing queue.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the vi555 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vi555 does not accept, process, or hold any foreign currency or cryptocurrency on behalf of Players.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vi555 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over any general guidance in this clause where a conflict exists.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following default wagering conditions apply to all bonus offers on vi555:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the promotion terms.
• vi555 reserves the right to recalculate and void wagering progress if it determines that low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies have been employed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game risk.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vi555 maintains active systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus via multiple accounts; using matched-betting or hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 vi555's Right to Modify Promotions

vi555 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of any such change will not be retroactively disadvantaged provided they continue to fulfil the original terms of the accepted promotion.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All non-live games on vi555 — including slots, virtual sports, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio environments operated by certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. vi555 does not influence the outcome of any game at the platform level.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

Sports betting on vi555 covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, international football including Timnas Indonesia fixtures and the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are available. Specific rules for each sport and market type are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet or wager may be declared void by vi555 in the following circumstances: the relevant event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being recorded; the game or live stream suffers a critical technical failure that materially affects the outcome; the odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a system error; or vi555 determines that the wager was placed in connection with fraudulent, match-fixing, or collusive activity. Void bets will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake amount.

6.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game state, or payout, vi555 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the original wager to the Player. vi555 will not be liable for any winnings that arise from or are displayed during a malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all electronic games on the Platform.

KYC & Verification

7.1 Verification Requirement

vi555 is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. vi555 may also conduct KYC checks at the point of registration, at any point during a Player's account lifecycle, or when a transaction pattern triggers an internal review flag.

7.2 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation requirements for Indonesian Players include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM);
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the identity document above, which must confirm the Player is at least 21 years of age;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph showing the Player's name and account number on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals (e.g., BCA mobile banking screen, OVO profile screen);
• Proof of Address (if required): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing the Player's full name and residential address in Indonesia.

7.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Players who fail to provide the required KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of a formal request from vi555 will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until documentation is received and reviewed. Accounts with outstanding KYC requests may be temporarily restricted from accessing certain features of the Platform. vi555 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC.

Responsible Gaming

vi555 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Indonesian players. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that trigger after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the vi555 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vi555 Platform — including but not limited to the vi555 brand name, logo, visual design, page layouts, software, source code, game integrations, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of vi555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any part of the Platform's software or code; use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or data-extraction mechanism to access the Platform; or use the vi555 name, logo, or branding in any manner without express prior written consent from vi555. Any unauthorized use of vi555's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vi555's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises, or Rp 5.000.000, whichever is lower.

vi555 shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any of the following, even if vi555 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
• Losses arising from the Player's inability to access the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, Nyepi-related connectivity restrictions, acts of government, civil unrest, or pandemic;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials in accordance with Clause 3.3;
• Any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error, provided that vi555 corrects the error promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vi555's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by vi555's gross negligence — to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 vi555's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

vi555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Player holds or is found to have held more than one Account on the Platform;
• vi555 has reasonable grounds to suspect the Player of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• The Player has materially breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward vi555 staff or other players;
• vi555 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon closure of a Player Account for cause attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, vi555 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from Bonus Balance. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis; where no fraud or misrepresentation has been established, vi555 will return the Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method after completing applicable verification and deducting any amounts owed to vi555 under these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vi555 holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause prevents vi555 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it has a legitimate interest in protecting its intellectual property, preventing fraud, or enforcing a Player's financial obligations to the Platform.

If any individual provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

Amendments

vi555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vi555 will notify Players via a platform-wide announcement displayed on the homepage and/or via email to the address registered with the Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4 before the amended Terms take effect. vi555 recommends that you revisit this page periodically to remain informed of the current Agreement.
